We simply cannot say enough good things about Ursula Boyd, the realtor we used to buy our new house and sell our condo — all during the pandemic. We met Ursula at an Open House and loved the upscale, lively vibe she created in the space. Ursula advised us throughout the process of selling, from establishing the right, aggressive listing price, to creating a beautiful video and photo package to help remote buyers understand the property without actually being on-site. In the end, we had 4 offers within 48 hours, all above asking price (which was significantly higher than any other unit in our development had previously asked). Ursula handled these multiple offers so skillfully and with such sophistication and tact! We could not have been happier with how Ursula worked. She kept us informed throughout our many discussions, but without burdening us with unnecessary details, and her advice was always spot on — from staging decisions, to timing, to negotiating a very complicated set of offers.
